So my basketball teammate Ballislifedotcom finally told me how he started dunking, he s shorter than me, he s only 5 6 but leaps over a foot higher! Apparently he followed the workout over at 50 inch vertical (dot) com and gained over 14 inches in his vertical leap!

anybody else other than just Ballislifedotcom tried the nba training program for dunking and shooting? Even Kobe, Ray Allen and Gilbert Arenas have used it before. If you don t know what I m talking about, take a look at vert jump training (dot) com
