@halpyman lol i voted your comment thumbs down. Ricky Rubio didnt work out for any NBA teams because he is a soft, scared, pussy. He knew that if he had to compete against american players in front of NBA GM's that his stock would fall and he would stay in spain. That ended up happening anyway and rightfully so. He should stay in Spain. |

rubio is strong enough to play but physically you can't compire him to tyreke, tyreke is very strong and you can see how he use his strength in every layup, rubio will never get in the paint like tyreke, although I love this kid and he's got very high basketball iq and the fact that Barcelona gave him 6 years deal in the age of 18 says everyhting, IMO they are the best team in europe right now |

One thing I really like about Ricky Rubio from many other young talented prospects is Ricky's humility and his maturity level for being only 18 years old. As a Laker fan I have dreams of seeing him on the Lakers ! I really like this kid alot |

This guy is one year older than me, drafted to the NBA, being compared to the great Pistol Pete (don't know why), won't be playing until 2011, and I'm trying to make it in junior college basketball so I can play DI. Basically I'm saying that he's my age in this glorious position and I'm in a jacked up but ok position. He's gonna motivate me and others who feel the same way to push and strive to the league. |

I agree Petrie absolutely made the right call. Evans is the best guard playing in summer league right now and getting adjusted to the new coach. Rubio is...where the hell is he anyway? He's surely not in Minnesota. Evans is already getting geared up to be the Kings' floor leader. Rubio is already going to have to make up for lost time. Good job Petrie! |
