is there anyone else other than caseyervin tried the nba workout course for dunking and shooting? Even players like Ray Allen have made use of it before. If you have no clue what I'm saying, just check it out urself "50inch vertical [dot] com" |

caseyervin, This is why I watch basketball, along with all the ankle breakers. If you can't dunk yet, you need to start training. I highly advise you to try the program I'm using - 50 inch vertical (dot) com - I m 5 7 and I can dunk! |

caseyervin, is 5 7, white and can dunk easily. what do you mean white guys can t jump? It s (just|simply|all)# about the training people do to get their leg strength to be strong enough to dunk. For me, I just used the training program over at (50 inch vertical [dot] com) |

caseyervin I am 5 9 and I dunk in my highschool team games. I m in my high school's varsity team and my dunking wows the crowd (esp the girls lol). It was seriously really easy, I just used the nba training program over at vert jump training (dot) com - I m sure you can probably do it too

Nash was selfish. Shaq didnt get passes from Nash. When Nash was injured, Shaq led the Suns into a winning streak. When he returned, the Suns started losing again.Nash will never win a championship. |

hehe you're talking to an expert, richard dumas was a more premeire player than ceballos, yet the Bulls still won the finals. Ceballos claim to fame was only winning a dunk contest with a blindfold on...outcome would've been the same even if the series went to 7 games |

Actually Cedric Ceballos #23 , was injured and did not play in the 1993 NBA Finals. If he had, please believe the outcome would have been different. The SUNS were that good. Just make sure you know your basketball. Go SUNS ! |
