TehTwoBeast I'm only 5 9 and I dunk nonstop. I m in my high school's bball team and my dunking impresses everyone (the girls haha). It was honestly extremely easy, I just used the unique workout program over at 50inch vertical[dot]com - anyone can do it |

@cubfan4life0415 actually maybe u should read the rules for the NBA...for a catch and shoot situation to actually be considered counted the clock has to have .4 seconds on the clock not .3
i LOVE the bulls and i think they shoulda been awarded the game but NBA rules state u need .4 seconds...as well as the mistake that the refs should not have made by calling it a basket on the floor which means u need INDISPUTABLE evidence to overturn the call on the floor...which the refs obviously saw |

So my basketball teammate TehTwoBeast finally told me how he started dunking, he s not even as tall as me but jumps over a foot higher! So he used the training workout over at vertjump training(dot)com and increased over 15 inches in his vertical leap!

you cannot catch and shoot with .3 seconds...it has to be a tip in. simple. i don't get why they would even call it good in the first place. He did catch it, even if it was a millisecond of a catch. And I've been a bulls fan for the team's entire existence. Even when I saw it go in I knew it was no good. |

completely agree with you man, the refs in this league are worse than NCAA. Not to mention it was at HOME. You dont say the shot is good and then with no visual evidence overturn it. (Bulls win 09' playoffs with different refs) |
