yo kingben63, I am practicing to improve my jumping ability by performing the training program over at 50inch vertical[dot]com - and thus far got like like 9-10 inches so far but I am still a bit away from dunking the ball It is still my third week thus far, any advices?

kingben63 ok, other stuff can I say. If you play basketball, you need to all study how you can dunk, I only just of late completed the workout program over at 50 inch vertical (dot) com - it's the best course there is (I m barely 5'7!)
