Jackie5362 pennyccw, on occasion I try to bear in mind just what it was like just before I was able to dunk for real. Just after I used the exercise program at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | - my game has been improving dramatically - you have to take a look at it! Harvey6761 pennyccw, reminds me of why I love basketball, along with all the dunking. If you can't dunk yet, you need to start training. I highly recommend you to try the one I'm using - "50inch vertical (dot) com" - I m 5 7 and I can dunk! use2slam2 i'm 5' 10 and 53 now. back in high school in the 70's i was a high hurdler, long jumper best was 6'4 and 22'2 and played varsity ball i could out dunk our 6'5 center. i really think dunking is overrated. people actually would get pissed if i had a breakaway and would get the ball and my arm a foot over the rim and just let the ball drop in,people would lose their mind that i didn't throw it down. maybe it was because they couldn't dunk and it ment more to them !!! 06/26/2010 - 16:45:03
